World Sleep Day: Have you had a good sleep?
02:47

One-third of human life should be spent sleeping. For thousands of years of human civilization, people worked when the sun rose and rested at sunset, living naturally and harmoniously. But today, we think and worry about work tomorrow, browse mobile phones at night, and have difficulty falling asleep then getting up in the morning. Stats show a staggering one-third of the world's population has a sleeping disorder, and five percent of them suffer from chronic insomnia. CGTN's Liu Jiaxin talked to a senior high school student on her reality, and brought back suggestions from expert of Chinese Sleep Research Society.
