A shipment of a Chinese-provided COVID-19 vaccine arrived in Cotonou, the economic center of Benin, on Sunday night.

Benjamin Hounkpatin, the health minister of Benin, thanked the Chinese government for offering the urgently-needed provisions at a crucial time and said the handover of the vaccine was a milestone in the friendship between the two countries.
