Former Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine made by Chinese biopharmaceutical company Sinovac Biotech on Monday.

The country's vaccination campaign started on January 17. More than 11.7 million people have received their first vaccine dose, while 4.1 million have been fully vaccinated.
