The Chinese Embassy in the UK and the government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region held a video conference Friday to promote the region and disseminate information on its socio-economic development. At the conference titled "Xinjiang is a Wonderful Land," regional government officials shared China's successful experiences in curbing terrorism since 2017, accelerating the economic growth, and increasing the Uygur population in Xinjiang.
