At least 500 people have been evacuated from a village in Indonesia's West Java Province following a massive fire at a nearby oil refinery. Authorities urged residents to stay calm, as they were moved to two evacuation centers. At least four people have sustained burns and are being treated at a local hospital. The cause of the fire at the Pertamina Balongan facility is not yet clear but heavy rain and lightening were seen when the fire broke out.
