Major cities in China have now begun offering Chinese vaccines to foreign residents. Shanghai is the first city on the Chinese mainland to offer vaccines widely to foreign residents with its rollout on Monday. Nick Parrish, a foreign resident in Shanghai, showed CGTN how it's done.
