More than 440 people have lost their lives in the unrest since the military seized power and detained Aung San Suu Kyi on February 1. Three-thousand people have reportedly fled into Thailand, and most of whom have fled into the jungle on the border between Myanmar and Thailand to hide from military airstrike and COVID-19.
