Australia COVID-19 vaccine rollout misses target

Australia is falling far behind its target for COVID-19 vaccinations. Figures show that only about 16 percent of a target of 4 million people by the end of March have had jabs. On the other hand, the country's third-largest city Brisbane has lifted its lockdown after a drop in cases. Greg Navarro reports from Sydney.
