A batch of COVID-19 vaccines donated by the Chinese government and the People's Liberation Army arrived in Cambodia on Wednesday night to a welcome ceremony attended by officials of the two nations.
Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Tea Banh expressed Cambodia's sincere gratitude to China, saying the vaccines will play an irreplaceable role in his country's fight against the pandemic.
Chinese Ambassador Wang Wentian said China is willing to work with the Cambodian government to eradicate the virus.
