Britain held an online ministerial summit on Wednesday, urging rich countries to offer more support to address climate change. The meeting included ministers from 35 countries and comes ahead of key climate talks Glasgow will hold in November. Chinese Energy Minister Zhang Jianhua reaffirmed the country's recent commitment to achieve net-zero carbon by 2060 and said developing countries need more help to deal with the impact of climate change.
