A video released by U.S. authorities on Wednesday shows two Ecuadoran children were dropped over a 14-foot-high (about 4.3 meters) barrier by smugglers along the U.S.-Mexico border. The two children were unhurt and currently remain in the care of the U.S. Border Patrol. Officials with the U.S. Border Patrol called the incident appalling.
