Vladimir Norov, secretary-general of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, shared his thoughts and experiences of his recent trip to China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in an interview with CGTN anchor Liu Xin. He was impressed by the area’s growth which came from infrastructure development.
