03:06

A high-speed train in Taiwan derailed in a tunnel on April 2, leaving at least 50 people dead, including one French citizen, and 146 others injured. All passengers have now been evacuated from the train, and an initial investigation indicates a construction vehicle fell from a  hillside onto the track where it was struck by the train. Officials have released a compensation plan for those killed and injured.
