Red azaleas bloom in NW China's Shaanxi
CGTN

Red azaleas are native to east Asia and grow at altitudes of 500-2,700 meters. In Chinese, they are also known as "flowers that make the mountains red" for their vibrant color.

In northwest China's Shaanxi Province, these red azaleas are welcoming their full bloom along the banks of Shuhe River that quietly flows through the ancient town of Shuhe in Xunyang City.
