At least 51 people were killed, including one French citizen and two Americans, and 188 others wounded when a passenger train carrying at least 350 people derailed in eastern Taiwan's Hualien County on Friday morning, local authorities confirmed on Saturday, adding that a total of 46 victims have been identified so far.
Those who suffered minor injures have been discharged from hospitals, while 41 injured are still receiving medical care, according to local authorities.
