Analyst: Human error is a key factor behind Taiwan train derailment

At least 48 people have been confirmed dead and nearly 200 injured from Friday's rail accident in Taiwan. For more analysis, Zhang Zhipeng, a professor in the Department of Transportation Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, joined CGTN's Global Watch. He said that human error was a key factor behind this accident.
