The 2021 MLB season, which started on Friday, brought back the traditional 162-game regular season schedule and fans back to the stadiums. Compared with the other three major sports leagues (NFL, NBA and NHL) in North America, the MLB has the longest regular season and probably the most complicated rules to understand.
