Who should be blamed for the humanitarian crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border?
02:49

Ray Baker, adjunct professor at Towson University, said the humanitarian crisis on the U.S.-Mexico border should be blamed on the U.S. imperialist policies and the capitalist hand that have influenced the northern triangle nations in Central America. He also pointed out that the United States should not be concerned about the possible spread of coronavirus by the migrants in the future, but the current facilities and living conditions on the southern border.
