The British Academy of Film and Television Arts has decided to honor movie director Ang Lee with a BAFTA Fellowship. The famed director is the first ethnic Chinese to receive the prestigious award and only the third Asian. He was first nominated in 1995 and has picked up awards throughout the years for a number of his works, including "Sense and Sensibility," "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon," "Brokeback Mountain" and "Life of Pi." The BAFTA Fellowship is the highest honor from the Academy for an individual's outstanding contribution to film.
