How does the CPC train its members and future leaders?
02:00

The Communist Party of China (CPC) is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year with activities organized around remembering the Party's history, its struggles and historical foundations. As part of the journey to revisit some of the revolutionary, historical and meaningful spots during the Long March, Jianggangshan is one of the main destinations. The city of Jinggangshan in east China's Jiangxi Province is also known as the "cradle of the Chinese revolution." The purpose of the trip is to understand what's behind the Jinggangshan Spirit and current development of the Party's training.

The China Executive Leadership Academy in Jinggangshan is a state-level training institution where officials come to learn about the Party's theory and history. Today, anyone can come here. The academy is funded by the central government and supervised by the organization department of the CPC Central Committee. Our reporter Cen Ziyuan visited an academy in the city that trains Party members and future leaders.
