A charity activity handed out 2 million free face masks to low-income groups, senior citizens, people with disabilities and homeless people in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) on Saturday, benefiting about 200,000 residents in need. Participants said that some people in the HKSAR have a hard time coping with the COVID-19 epidemic, and the whole society is obliged to care for these people.
