Ukraine is raising the alarm over a Russian military buildup along the border. On Friday, the Ukrainian president visited military positions in Ukraine's eastern Donbass region. Fighting has increased along the line of contact separating Ukrainian troops and Russia-backed separatists in Donbass. Russia is defending the troop buildup calling it defensive.
