Li Bin, founder, chairman and CEO of Nio once expressed that "China is really the best place in the world to start a business for smart vehicles. No matter if it's for manufacturing smart, electric or automotive cars, or the supply chain, talents and the market, there's no other country better than China. We're very lucky."

According to the data released by Nio, the automaker delivered 7,257 EVs this March with a new record. Also, a total of 20,060 Nio EVs were delivered in the first quarter of 2021, achieving a year-on-year increase of 422.7 percent.
