Iran has blamed Israel for Sunday's incident at the Natanz nuclear facility and has vowed to retaliate. Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said the Zionists wanted to take revenge because of Iran's progress toward lifting sanctions. Iran says the blackout at the facility was an act of nuclear terrorism. Media in Israel have also said it was behind the attack. CGTN's Timothy Ulrich reports.
