One person was killed and another injured on Monday afternoon in a shooting in front of the Henry-Dunant Hospital in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, according to local media reports.

One of the victims is a hospital security guard. The shooter is on the run, and the judicial police are investigating the incident, French cable channel BFM TV reported.
