Live: A peek at China's largest oyster farm

Oyster farming has been going on for hundreds of years in Qinzhou, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The city produces 70 percent of China's oyster sprouts. A growing appetite for oysters in the country has led to increased demand and higher incomes for locals. Meanwhile, oysters can purify water and require little attention to thrive. Local farmers are becoming more conscious of how they can better grow oysters to maintain a good ecological balance. Join CGTN reporter Zhao Yunfei and American vlogger Matt Galat to check out how oysters are raised and cooked.
