Japan's government has approved a plan to release more than one million tonnes of treated radioactive water into the ocean from the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant. The release, which is not likely to begin for at least two years, could take decades to complete. But it has sparked concerns both in Japan and other countries. South Korean officials have expressed concern over Japan's decision, holding an emergency meeting. Jack Barton reports from Seoul.
