Japan's Nuclear Regulation Authority decided to ban Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc. (TEPCO) from restarting Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Plant after the complex was found to have serious safety flaws, Kyodo News reported on Wednesday.
It decided to ban TEPCO from transporting nuclear fuel to the plant in Niigata Prefecture or loading it into the reactors.
