Russia's ambassador to the UN says the second week of talks in Vienna on the revival of the tattered 2015 Iran nuclear deal have been postponed one day, to Thursday the 15th. On the same day, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov derided new EU sanctions against a group of Iranian officials. He was speaking at a news conference in Tehran alongside his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif.
