A new sandstorm wave will affect the western parts of north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The sandstorm, which started late in the afternoon on April 14, is caused by the combined effects of cold air moving eastward and a cyclone, according to the Guaizihu Meteorological Station.
