United States' special climate envoy John Kerry's visit to China might be a chance for the world's two major economies to renew more robust efforts to combat the threat of climate change, according to Zhang Haibin, associate dean of the School of International Studies at Peking University, who has been an expert on climate governance for close to 30 years.
