Lee Gae-ho of the ruling Democratic Party (DP) tested positive for COVID-19, the first confirmed case among incumbent South Korean lawmakers, Yonhap news reported on Thursday citing the National Assembly.
The lawmaker was tested earlier in the day after one of his assistants confirmed to have been infected, the report added.
