In the U.S., authorities have identified eight people killed Friday in a shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis. The killer, 19-year-old Brandon Hole, also died after taking his own life. The FBI says his mother warned authorities last year that he would commit "suicide by cops." This is the latest in a string of mass shootings that have rocked the United States this year.
