Southern China's Hainan Province on Sunday recorded four new imported COVID-19 cases, all of which are Chinese nationals from a Panamanian freighter, according to local health authorities.
The freighter with 20 crewmembers on board departed from a port in Sudan on March 28. Some people on board showed symptoms during their voyage.
Four of them were hospitalized after they tested positive for COVID-19 in Sanya, Hainan Province.
