During an interview with CGTN on the sidelines of the Boao Forum for Asia, Leslie Maasdorp, Vice President and CFO of the New Development Bank, pointed out that all multilateral institutions will in future commit most of their resources to climate finance and indicated China’s possible leadership role, associated with its massive emissions, in the undergoing global energy transformation.
