In today's special series, Tides of Change, we zoom in on the coastal city of Shantou in China’s Guangdong Province. In November, the city will host the 3rd Asian Youth Games. Young athletes from 45 countries and regions will compete in events that include Olympic sports and Asian favorites. CGTN's Omar Khan shares the story.
