With the epidemic largely under control in China, most companies have returned to their pre-epidemic mode of work. In some countries and regions, remote work, more flexible office hours and four-day work weeks are becoming more popular. 20% of Canadian tech workers are able to work from home on a regular basis; and elsewhere, leaders in New Zealand and Finland are already advocating shorter working hours to boost domestic spending.
