It's Day 2 of the Boao Forum for Asia, in southern China's Hainan Province. Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a keynote speech Tuesday, via video link. The theme of the four-day annual conference is "A world in change: Join Hands to Strengthen Global Governance and Advance Belt and Road Initiative Cooperation."
