Some experts say IAEA not a neutral observer of the plan

Japan has decided to release huge amounts of treated radioactive water from Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant into the sea as the complex is running short of storage containers for the contaminated water. Some experts say IAEA can't be considered as a neutral observer as its function is to promote nuclear power.
