"Every government, especially the major economies, should take vaccination as a global public good ... for helping each other, for helping the global community," said Liu Zhenmin, under-secretary-general of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) of the United Nations, in an exclusive interview, Liu said people should change their mentality. "This working style, lifestyle will not go back to normal, to that prior to this COVID-19. They have to find new ways," he said. "We have to live in a new reality."
