A police officer has reportedly been hospitalized for blood clots in the Australian state of Queensland, three days after receiving the Pfizer vaccine for COVID-19.
The 40-year-old man who worked patrolling the state's quarantine hotels received the vaccine on Sunday. He was rushed to the hospital in the state capital of Brisbane after developing the clots, according to local media.
Deputy Premier Steven Miles said it was too early to say if the incident is linked to the Pfizer vaccine.
