As India fights a brutal second wave of COVID-19, the fight for oxygen is turning serious. Desperate relatives have stolen oxygen cylinders from a hospital store room to keep by their family's bedside. The hospital said there is no shortage of oxygen, but people are anxious as medical supplies in the country are stretched to breaking point.
