Chinese President Xi Jinping, also chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended a commissioning ceremony of three naval vessels in Sanya City of south China's Hainan Province. The Changzheng-18, the Dalian, and the Hainan were delivered to the People's Liberation Army Navy and placed in active service on Friday. Around 2,400 representatives from the Navy and vessel research and development teams also attended the ceremony.
