China is working on a project to explore a near-Earth asteroid and a main-belt comet. A senior space expert from the Chinese Academy of Sciences explained the process during the ongoing 2021 China Space Conference in Nanjing. Ye Peijian said a probe will land on the target asteroid to collect samples.
