Peru's ex-president Vizcarra diagnosed with COVID-19

Former Peruvian president Martin Vizcarra said Sunday he and his wife caught COVID-19.

"Despite the necessary care to avoid bringing the virus home, my wife and I have tested positive for COVID and are symptomatic," Vizcarra, who was in office from 2018-2020, tweeted.
