The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is now actively preparing to set up a technical team on Japan's nuclear-polluted water disposal and has confirmed to China that it will invite Chinese experts to join the team, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Monday.
