Joe Biden said on Tuesday fully vaccinated Americans can go outdoors without face masks, but should continue to use face coverings in public spaces where they are required.

Speaking to reporters, Biden also promised to help India in providing therapeutics, rapid diagnostic test kits and ventilators, saying it is the U.S.'s "intention" to send vaccinations to the coronavirus-ravaged country.
