Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday sent a message of congratulations on the successful launch of Tianhe, the core module of the country's space station. The chief commander of China's manned space program has also declared the mission a success after the core module onboard a Long March-5B Y2 carrier rocket successfully entered its planned orbit.
