Eleven 11 people were killed, 102 were injured and over 3,000 people were affected after strong winds and thunderstorms hit Nantong City in east China on Friday. Rescuers evacuated 3,050 people overnight, according to local authorities. Some areas have got power supply resumed after multiple facilities were damaged by the severe weather conditions.
