U.S. President Joe Biden marked his first 100 days in office with a speech to Congress on Wednesday. Biden began his presidency pledging to move Washington away from Trump's "America First" foreign policy, and push for closer international alliances. Officials at the State Department have been busy since his inauguration day, making multiple trips to Asia, as they look to push forward what they call their "Indo-Pacific Strategy."
